Holgate Appraisal works with the latest appraisal technologies to guarantee you high-quality,
efficient and fast service. We use task-specific software that integrates digital photos, floor
plan sketches, required mapping and forms in one clearly presented and easy to read PDF
document.

Accurate floor plans
The task of measuring, sketching and calculating the dimensions of a floor plan is often a
challenging and complicated process. To ensure accuracy and speed in this critical area, we
use a state-of-the-art Disto laser measuring tool. Using laser beam technology not only gives
extremely accurate results, but also enables much faster inspections. Even complicated,
5,000+ square foot properties can be inspected in less than an hour.

What to expect
Once you place your order, the client/homeowner will be contacted within 24 hours of order
receipt (excluding weekends) to set up a time for the appraisal inspection.  We will contact
you when the inspection is scheduled with an estimated time of completion and email status
updates to you on a daily basis. If there are any value concerns, we will discuss these with you
prior to the appraisal inspection.

Report delivery
Reports will be delivered on time, electronically via email in a secure PDF file.  Holgate
Appraisal will also print and send reports via standard mail upon request.
