Martyn Holgate has been living and working in the San Francisco
Bay Area for over 20 years. He is a State of California Licensed
Real Estate Appraiser (license #AL032354) with extensive
appraisal industry experience, education and training. He is an
active member of and participant in local and national real estate
appraiser’s associations and communities such as the Real
Estate Appraisers Association (REAA), Organization of Real
Estate Professionals (OREP), Build It Green Real Estate Council
and the National Real Estate Appraisers Forum.
After many years working as a staff real estate appraiser, Martyn opened Holgate
Appraisal in Marin County in the fall of 2006. Holgate Appraisal strives to exceed industry
standards for quality and customer service at a competitive price. In addition to a
continuous investment in the latest training and technology, Martyn makes customer
service his number one priority. Attention to detail, responsiveness, and flexibility are the
hallmarks of the company mission. With today’s busy schedules and tight turnaround
