Chuck Olsen Appraisal Services (C.O.A.S.) was started in January 1996.  Prior to 1996, Chuck Olsen, SRA, owned and was an active appraiser for Chuck Olsen Realty, Inc., another appraisal company, in Rochester, Minnesota.

C.O.A.S. is a full service, residential appraisal company with areas of specialization in the mortgage and relocation appraisal field. In addition to actual appraisals, C.O.A.S. also does extensive field and desk reviews of other appraisals.

C.O.A.S. is fully E.D.I. capable. The Company uses E.D.I. WinTotal 2000 appraisal software.  For those companies that are not WinTotal compatible, C.O.A.S. offers e-mail attachments of complete appraisal reports through its Adobe Writer software. The Company also utilizes Lighthouse conversions software for selected clients.
