Diamant & Associates, Inc. has been appraising homes and income properties in for over 8 years. We are committed to customer satisfaction and are proud of the professional relationships we have built over the years. Appraisal types include Single Family, 2-4 Family, Multimillion dollar estates, FHA, REO and relocation appraisals.
About the Founder & CEO
With over 10 years in the real estate business and 10 of those years as a Licensed/Certified Appraiser, Simcha Diamant brings a wealth of industry knowledge to our clients. Mr. Diamant is a member of the Appraisal Institute and the National Association of Realtors. Having lived in the Hudson Valley his entire life Mr. Diamant has developed many professional relationships with local builders, property developers and real estate investors. In addition to extensive residential appraising experience, Mr. Diamant specializes in high value homes, vacant land, relocation, divorce, estate and right-of-way appraisals. Mr. Diamant is a Certified Real Estate General Appraiser and a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Diamant is married to his wife Kaila for 10 years. They have two sons and one daughter. Most of his free time is enjoyed with his family.
