The appraisal division of the Real Estate Store had its beginnings traced back to the early 70’s.  This is when Charles E. Davies, President and Senior Review Appraiser started in the real estate appraisal business as a fee appraiser.  (Background & General info on Charles E. Davies is attached)

Some thirty years later, The Real Estate Store is a well-established real estate appraisal company with the capability of completing any type of real estate appraisal anywhere in the state of New Jersey.

We are aware of our responsibility to provide our clients with accurate appraisals in a timely manner.  The Real Estate Store is affiliated, through ownership, with the American School of Business; we therefore are kept up to date on laws, rules and regulations of the industry.

A few of our staff appraisers are also certified appraisal instructors who teach at the American School of Business, which is one of only a few schools sanctioned by the New Jersey Real Estate Appraisal Board.

This close alliance with the American School of Business enables us to keep our appraisers schooled and trained to do the very best, professional appraisals possible.  It also allows us the ability to offer our appraisal clients free instructional seminars to aid in their training programs.

With this infra-structure in place, the growth of our Appraisal Division has been dynamic.  The staff presently numbers more than fifteen. All of our appraisers are Certified, Licensed or Registered Apprentice Appraisers with the New Jersey State Board of Real Estate Appraisers. 

Consistency is a basic ingredient in our work.  Consistently accurate, consistently easy to read and understand, and consistently delivered on a time.  We are also consistent in up-dating our clients with information on all outstanding appraisal assignments.

With a well-trained staff, strict policies and procedures, and excellent management, we have the ability to accomplish large quantities of appraisals while adhering to the highest of quality standards.
