William R. Collins is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. During his tenure as an Appraiser, he has been involved with the preparation of appraisal reports concerning many types of real estate located in Suffolk County, Nassau County and the City of New York. His clients have included individual property owners, prospective buyers and sellers, attorneys, municipalities, lending institutions, etc. The appraisal reports were prepared for a wide variety of purposes including mortgage lending, buy/sell, equitable distribution matters, estate and gift tax purposes, tax certiorari proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, condemnation proceedings, farmland presentation and open space presentation programs, etc. These assignments have included the valuation of fee simple interests, leasehold interests, leased fee interests and partial interests.
