RESIDENTIAL APPRAISALWe have four residential appraisers, each appraiser specializes in a geographic area. Two work the Tuolumne County, Calaveras County and Mariposa County areas. One the valley counties of Merced County, San Joaquin County and Stanislaus County and one does El Dorado County and Amador County. Mono County is done by special arrangement.

Our staff appraises in most foothill communities. In the foothill area appraising single family homes is technical job. Almost every job requires special knowledge to determine the market value by evaluating lot sizes, house quality and style.
Our years of experience allows us to handle unique appraisal situations. Such as:

| All the staff appraisers are licensed and have extensive knowledge in preparing appraisals for banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, insurance, and government agencies. We are approved by major lenders and relocation companies. This division of our office also handles lot and residential land appraisals. We also do Relocation appraisals, REO and divorce appraisals.
Each appraisal comes with the form, pictures of subject, comps, views and interior on special homes, floor plan, at least two maps, and extensive addendums.
