Properties that are larger than normal structures, larger than normal sites, include multiple parcels, multiple structures, have extraneous features or in significant disrepair may increase the cost of performing the Appraisal due to taking more time to view the property and/or to complete the Appraisal. Properties that require more than one opinion of market value ("as is" and "as repaired") may also require an additional fee and in some cases may require two complete Appraisals. If you are not sure that the property in question may require a higher fee than shown below, please call our office and we would be happy to discuss that with you. Cancellation fees apply to appraisals ordered if any research has been done or appointment has been made.

For other properties types including apartments five units and above on the 71B, 71A, narrative and commercial and industrial assignments, these are quoted on a case by case basis.
