Appraisal is a profession and appraisers are bound by ethical considerations. An appraiser’s primary responsibility is to their client and must observe certain confidentiality. Appraisers may also have fiduciary obligations to other third parties but limited to parties who the appraiser knows based on the scope of work or other written parameters of the assignments. 

Here we take these ethical responsibilities seriously. We only perform to the highest ethical standards possible. My service will not accept assignments biased upon a contingency fee, percentage fees or inflate values to make a deal work. We do not do comparable checks in order to hit predetermined value. We don’t do that. This means to you that my service is working to objectively to determine property value.
