    Idaho Valuations Staff Profiles

    Julie Comstock-Niehans, Managing Partner,  has been a certified appraiser for over 20 years (CRA #66). Julie's appraisal experience includes: Senior Staff Appraiser - Bank of America, Phoenix, Arizona, and Appraisal Manager for Republic Mortgage, Boise, Idaho.  Julie began her career in the real estate field as a Deputy Assessor in Eureka, Nevada, and transacted real estate sales for a number of years in both Idaho and Nevada. Julie started Idaho Valuations in 2000 and has built a sucessful valuations entity based on solid relationships with Realtors and mortgage professionals alike.

    Brent Niehans, Appraiser, has been a certified appraiser for over 21 years (CRA #114). Brent's appraisal experence includes FHA, REO, foreclosure, land, estates, condominiums, small income property appraisal, and appraisal review. Brent's bank experience includes appraisal trainee instruction and value dispute resolution. Brent also has peripheral experience with real estate sales, property management and contractor oversight.

    Sue Edwards has over 20 years of experience in the real estate field including: real estate sales, office management, as well as a corporate real estate legal assistant. Sue holds an Idaho Real Estate license and has completed Appraisal Institute courses Appraisal Principles, and National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Sue manages the daily operations of Idaho Valuations.

    Beth Haynes has years of experience in REO Asset Management, Site Acquisition, and most recently was a Management Consultant in the Pacific Northwest Region for RE/MAX International. Beth also held real estate licenses in both Colorado and California. Beth graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Education. Beth oversees the marketing of Idaho Valuations.

     

    Idaho Valuations uses DAY ONE software, digital imaging, Transamerica Flood Maps and Geo Locater.  Idaho Valuations also utilizes AppraisalPort for all clients who send and receive orders via this secure system.  All reports are digital and thus can be sent to you via E-mail, EDI, Fax, or courier.
