Appraisal Center NW FL, Inc is a full service Residential Real Estate Appraisal Company. The owners are Jerry L. Isenhour and Lynn L. Wilkinson. Both have extensive experience in all types of residential properties. 

I started my career as an appraiser in 1984 with a condemnation appraisal company. As a condemnation appraiser I had the opportunity to appraise all types of property that are located along major and secondary corridors. In addition to condemnation appraisals, I gained experience as a commercial appraiser. During that time, I had the opportunity to do high dollar residential properties. On one occasion I was on assignment to assist a residential company. At that time I discovered that I had a passion for residential appraising. Since then, I have dedicated my efforts to writing residential reports, applying techniques utilized by condemnation and commercial appraisers. The results is a superior residential report product. This has been my aim since my decision to concentrate on residential appraisal reporting.
