    We provide FHA, Insurance, REO, Purchase, Refinance, Estate, Personal, Commercial and multi-family appraisals quickly and efficiently.

    Field Review/ Desk Top Review $275/$225
    Manufactured Home Appraisal $300
    Updates ( within 90 Days )/ Recertification $175
    Additional Comparables (Above 4, requested) $75 each
    Multi Family/ Income Appraisal $500
    Construction inspection/Certificate of Value/follow up inspection/RUSH fee $75
    Trip Fee/2075 Drive By ( no value conclusion ) $125
