Cancellation fee after inspection will be a minimum of 50%. Cancellation fee will be determined by percentage of appraisal that has been completed.
As per USPAP guidelines, it is mutually agreed upon and understood that we cannot accept an appraisal assignment based upon a predetermined value. A preliminary office search will be conducted on all subject properties.
All appraisals are completed on approved FNMA-FHLMC forms & e-mailed in a timely manner. Included in each package are pictures of the subject property and the comparable's. Projects and estate type properties will be quoted on an individual basis
