Appraisal Services, Inc. was formed by its senior appraisal Patrick J. Butler. Mr. Butler has been appraising for about 18 years (see qualifications.) The appraisal industry started undergoing rapid changes in the last few years. The typical client nowadays is more than likely to be a large appraisal management company that services dozens of large national lenders. Recognizing the needs that these large companies have, and the obvious business potential, Mr. Butler started making changes to serve these management companies in a cost effective way. This resulted in hiring of additional staff and outfitting the office with the absolute latest in appraisal technologies. This includes digital photography, digital mapping, and electronic data interchange.
