Lawrence Real Estate Group has a complete appraisal staff. We offer real estate appraisals for banks and other financial institutions. We perform complete summary appraisals that conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

We work with many local mortgage companies and banks, and we are Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capable, allowing us to work with out of town institutions for refinance or purchase appraisals.

Our services don't always involve banks or financial institutions. We also perform appraisals for individuals to determine the best market value for selling a home or farm. We have experience in estate appraisals and condemnation hearings. Our senior appraiser has worked both sides of condemnation proceedings, and he has testified as an expert witness on condemnation cases, divorces, estates and tax appeals.
