Lexington Appraisals is currently looking for independent commercial and residential appraisers. Real estate appraiser should be able to investigate the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and its functional design in order to estimate the fair market value to serve as collateral for a mortgage loan. Appraiser must rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish time line goals. Appraisers will perform a variety of tasks to estimate the fair market value. Qualified applicants must be New York State or Georgia licensed and/or certified. Applicant must be experienced in performing residential and/or commercial real estate appraisals using Aurora version of WinTotal/Alamode software.
New York - Westchester, Putnam, Sullivan, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, and Rockland counties.
Georgia - Entire state of Georgia
