Johnson, O'Neill & Associates, Inc. has been providing real estate appraisal services in Southern California for 25 years.  David W. Johnson, MAI, CCIM is the principal Appraiser and Managing Partner.  Clients, include Lenders, Attorneys, Accountants and Private Clients. 

All appraisal services require and engagement letter and payment prior to the start of the appraisal.  Clients may set up other financial arrangements on an individual basis. 

We serve Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.  Johnson, O'Neill reserves the right to refuse service on any assignment that does not comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)

Mr. Johnson has taught basis appraisal at UCLA Extension for over 20 years.  Mr. Johnson was qualified in the Superior Court of Los Angeles in 1990.
