PRIORITY COMMUNICATION - The full-time Appraisal Coordinator immediately contacts the borrower for an appointment. You will receive confirmation of the appointment, along with an approximate time of when you can expect to receive preliminary and hard copy reports by email or fax.
PRIORITY TURNAROUND - Utilizing our email capabilities, hard copies are typically available in 24 to 48 hours from the time of inspection. Extended market counties may require an extra day or two.
