    Young Appraisal is a Fresno, California based appraisal firm serving all of Fresno County--Clovis, Coalinga, Firebaugh, Fowler, Fresno, Huron, Kerman, Kingsburg, Mendota, Orange Cove,  Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, San Joaquin, Selma.

    We are approved with over 300 lenders nation-wide.  We provide real estate appraisals for a wide variety of purposes, including purchases, mortgage refinance, PMI removal, divorce, trust, insurance, relocation, and pre-listing appraisal purposes. 

    Our chief appraiser, Jonalyn Kay Young, has been a state certified real estate appraiser for over 15 years.  She has been a guest lecturer at California State University, Fresno; Fresno City College and Reedley Community College.  She specializes in residential and small income, two to four unit apartment complexes. 

    We utilize ACI software and have PDF capabilities
