Appraisal Reports Inc. Kevin Matheson began appraising in 1985 and founded Appraisal Reports Inc. in 1989. He has been very active serving the appraisal profession. He is State Certified, received his SRA and IFA designations in 1993 and his CSA designation in 2001.   Kevin has held several positions with the Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute over past years, including Past President of the Long Island Chapter, Chairman of the Residential Education Committee, Board Member, Chairman of the Associate Guidance Committee and was the LDAC Representative in 2002 and 2003. In addition to those positions, Kevin has also been very active with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers, Past President of the Long Island Chapter, Past New York State Director and was a of Director of the NAIFA Long Island Chapter.  Kevin has worked with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, with The Long Island Home Purchase Process Initiative Committee. He is an advisor for the New York Department of State License Bureau, doing review work when claims of fraud are brought against an appraiser. He has testified before State hearings on such cases.
