    20 years of unique real estate appraisal experience in the middle Georgia area.  Certified General # 1268.  We are FHA approved.  Have experience from A to Z including A for Apartments 300 units to Z for Zoning issues and changes.  Have experence in all the letters in between such as B for half Barn half house, C for Condos, D for new Developments and so on.  These appraisers loves the work and challenge of unique and complex appraisal.  Turn around time is 1-2 days for simple residential appraisals and longer for the complex appraisals.  Give us a call
