Full time residential appraiser since 1993, Washington State Certified since

1995 with extensive experience in Pierce, Kitsap, King and Thurston

Counties with secondary experience in Lewis and Mason Counties.

Experience includes lender generated appraisals involving FHA (FHA

Roster appraiser since 1999), non-conforming properties, land,

manufactured homes, plans and specifications, green built homes,

condominiums, waterfront, homes on acreage, 1-4 unit small income

properties, and relocation appraisals as well as limited litigation

experience. Experience with private parties includes PMI removal,

divorce work, liquidation appraisal, and pre-listing and pre-purchase

valuation consultation. Have owned a small appraisal firm, McCabe

Appraisal Services, since 1998, and purchased Shamrock Appraisals, Inc,

effective 10/31/2006 when prior owners moved to Florida. We have four full time

Certified Appraisers, all on the FHA roster, and no trainees.
