EXPERIENCE:  May 11, 2009 will mark my 25th year in the property assessment and appraisal profession.  I served 10.5 years as the Deputy Assessor/Field Deputy/Appraiser, then 8 years as the Sanpete County Assessor.  I also served from 1984 thru Dec. 31, 1991 as the County Building Inspector/Zoning Administrator.  Certified Residential fee appraisal work for the past 6 years.
