As an experienced real estate appraiser since 1983 and property manager, I am familiar with all aspects of the real estate business.  I have extensive experience in the appraisal field throughout Indiana.  My appraisal experience includes commercial property, subdivisions, farm land, and vacant building sites. I am an Indiana Certified Residential Appraiser and have taken the coursework for my general certification.
