    Appraisal requests will be contacted within 24 hours to set appointment with hard copy delivered to lender within 48 hours after inspection.


    For FHA & Rural Development appraisals, required repairs will be sent to lender and listing realtor within 24 hours of inspection.  Any unique factors regarding the subject property will be conveyed to the loan officer/processor the morning following the inspection if not prior.
