I have been in Real Estate Appraising for the last 7 years.  I am certified in Washington State, and FHA qualified.  I started appraising for Emerald Appraisal in 2001 until 2006.  In 2006 I started my own appraisal company called Linden Appraisals.  I owned that company until December of 2007. At the time I had my own company I did 80% reviewing, and 20% appraising.  After the market started to decrease I went to work for Land Safe Appraisal where I have worked ever since.  I am currently an appraiser, field reviewer, and desk top reviewer for Land Safe Appraisal.   I cover Pierce, King, Snohomish, Thurston, Mason, Kitsap, and Lewis county.  I have experience in single family, multi-family, condominium, land, planned unit developments, jumbo and proposed new construction.  I have a wide range of qualifications with nearly 4,000 completed appraisals.  I pride my work on accuracy, and in a timely manner.  I have never had any probation by the state, or been on a lenders black list.
