• 2055 interior $300

• 2055,704 drive-by $250

Non-owner (rental) occupied homes have additional fees due to additonal forms required by underwriter.

Above fees are generally starting fees, and generally are what is charged. However, 1004, 2055, 704 fees might be higher due to location in hard to appraise areas, distances involved, etc.
