This translates into the most reliable, dependable and accurate appraisal for our clients, investors, underwriters and the courts.  Remember, Ohio law and Federal guidelines limit an appraiser who holds a simple license (not certified) to transactions of less than $1,000,000 for single family homes and less than $250,000 for complex assignments.  Complex assignments can include condominiums, multi-unit buildings and PUD's; so please check their credentials before you order the appraisal.
