Diversified Appraisal Services, Inc. is committed to client services. Our goal is to provide

our clients with a quality product in a timely fashion. Normal turnaround time on reports is

1-2 days from the date of inspection, but same day service is available when necessary. 

We take pride in accommodating our clients in any way possible.  When you choose

with all your appraisal needs. We strive to keep channels of communication open between

our appraisal team and our clients. This commitment to communication allows us to keep

We cover 12 counties in Western Michigan and are approved with a majority of the major
