    Earp Appraisal Service, Inc.

Earp Appraisal Service is a Residential and Land Appraiser in the Johnston, Wake, Harnett, Franklin, Durham and Orange county areas. We pride ourselves in providing professional, courteous, accurate and punctual service to clients. The approach is simple. We work from the inside-out, taking the time to ensure our Appraisers are certified, knowledgeable and experienced.

Founders David and Jo Earp provide sound leadership and experience to a team of 8 Residential Appraisers. Our commitment to go beyond is reflected in each Appraisers' knowledge and quality of service we provide clients.

Market Knowledge. We have access to the most up-to-date comparables through our subscription to the Triangle Multiple Listing Service and the Moore Report. Both summarize key property value statistics and real-estate transactions including lot to total selling price ratios, and neighborhood rankings by number of closings and sales values.

Our experience adds up to accurate, dependable appraisals. Earp Appraisal maintains an internal database of over 10,000 comparables. We go beyond to invest in ourselves and add value to clients.

Receive appraisals faster and benefit from the latest appraisal technology. Earp Appraisal utilizes Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) through our Lighthouse Software and Software for the Real-Estate Profession applications.

For clients' convenience, we convert and email all appraisal reports to a PDF file format.

Quick Turnaround. Our appraisers are knowledgeable, efficient and expedient. The turnaround on a standard appraisal report is 3 to 5 days. We offer a 24 hour Urgent Appraisal Service for clients who need an Appraisal report the next business day.

Dedicated resources. Earp Appraisal maintains 3 dedicated support representatives, to ensure your every need is fulfilled. From 8am until 6pm Monday through Friday, we maintain the infrastructure to service our clients properly.

Earp Appraisal Service, investing in the future, investing in you.
