We offer the latest in technology and a data base covering the entire metro area and surrounding counties to ensure your appraisal is completed in the most timely manner, with every aspect of the appraisal meeting the strict requirements and guidelines of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Our residential supervisory appraiser is Lawrence W. Sisk. Mr. Sisk is licensed as a Certified Residential Appraiser and is also approved by FHA/HUD to perform assignments meeting their specific requirements. He has taught appraisal classes in Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Georgia ranging from proper data gathering techniques & analysis to reporting and has been appraising residential and commercial properties in Georgia since 1991.

Commercial appraisals are performed under the supervision of Charles E. Pattillo. With over 20 years experience as a commercial appraiser, Mr. Pattillo's experience includes appraisals of: vacant land; office buildings & warehouses; nursing homes; subdivision development; mobile home parks; manufacturing facilities; apartment complexes; shopping centers; and hospitality properties (hotels/motels). He is currently developing classes for the commercial appraiser to be instructed at Kennesaw College.

Both Mr. Sisk & Mr. Pattillo are well versed in all aspects of the appraisal process and lend their expertise and guidance to every assignment performed by ACI Appraisal Services, ensuring the finished product meets all USPAP requirements and guidelines.
