We handle single family, condo, manufactured homes, acreage, vacant lots, proposed construction, co-op's multi family, farms and commercial appraisals.

Our territory for residential is based in the puget sound region covering King, Pierce, Snohomish, Kitsap and Thurston counties. Commercial appraisals we cover the entire state of Washington.
