MBP APPRAISALS, INC. MBP APPRAISALS is a young, growing, and aggressive company eager to serve you in all your residential appraisal needs. The founder of our company is Becky Patty, a licensed Indiana Residential Appraiser. Becky has been in the Real Estate business for approximately 10 years, first as a realtor, then as an appraiser. During that time she also was involved in modular home construction and sales. Becky attended Indiana Wesleyan University, majoring in business management. Christina Mundy came to MBP Appraisals shortly after passing the state exam last year. She majored in business in school and has worked with the public since graduation in 1996.
