My name is Sam Hess, and I'm a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Washington. I have lived in Spokane, WA nearly all of my life, and don't plan on leaving any time soon. I'm a Mead Panther through and through, and also attended and graduated from Gonzaga University where I played baseball for 4 years. From there, I spent a little time in the minor leagues playing in the Anaheim Angels Organization. 

I got into appraisals about a year or two after baseball was over for me. I trained for two years under a family member with 20+ years of experience in Real Estate Appraisals, and I have been passionate about it ever since. I have experience with just about every type of property you can think of. I am very motivated to earn and maintain positive working relationships in the Real Estate Field.

I specialize in Spokane County and the surrounding areas. I am a one man shop that strives to provide high quality appraisals in short time frames.
