We specialize in both residential and commercial appraisals primarily in the Cook, Will and DuPage counties. Appraisal services for Kankakee, Kane, Kendall, Lake and McHenry counties are also available for an additional fee (see the Services page).

In this increasingly competitive era, we continue to refine our capabilities and remain on the cutting edge of real estate appraisal services. Reports are usually submitted in electronic format with hard copies available upon request. We have a 2 to 3 business-day turnaround, after inspection, on residential appraisals. Commercial appraisals are usually completed within 7 to 10 business days after the inspection. Discounts are available for clients that give us bulk orders. At Appraisals By Mona, we aim to please!
