A 22 year old appraisal company serving five parishes, from Venice, LA to LaPlace, LA. Jefferson Parish, Orleans Pairsh, St, Bernard Parish, Plaquemines Parish, St. Charles Parish and St. John the Baptist Parish are served.
The main emphasis is on forensic appraising. We work with many attorneys on divorce and estate community property settlemenet matters and also are approved by most lenders for lending purposes including FHA insured loans.
We provide residential aprpaisals on single family homes, condo's, and multi-family residential properties of two to four units, and vacant land appraisals.
There are three factors in every appraisal: Quality, Speed and Price. We pride ourselves on providing a quality product at a competitive price.
