The founder of our company is Becky Patty, a licensed Indiana Residential Appraiser. Becky has been in the Real Estate business for approximately 10 years, first as a realtor, then as an appraiser. During that time she also was involved in modular home construction and sales. Becky attended Indiana Wesleyan University, majoring in business management. Christina Mundy came to MBP Appraisals shortly after passing the state exam last year. She majored in business in school and has worked with the public since graduation in 1996. Our support staff consists of our business manager, Mike Patty and appraisal processor/scheduler, Tara Lank. Together, we work as a close-knit team to efficiently serve you.
