    Welcome to our home page. We are a leading provider of real estate valuations for the mortgage lending marketplace of North MS since 1995. Our service areas are Tupelo, Lee County, the adjacent counties of Itawamba, Pontotoc, Union, Prentiss and Monroe.  With many years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal, we have a proven track record of reducing lenders time, efforts and costs in managing the appraisal process.
