I have been a real estate appraiser for the past seven years having previously spent several years in sales and management with a large corporation. In 2004, I received my Mississippi Certified Residential Appraiser designation after meeting all the requirements. I also have a Bachelor of Business Adminstration degree from the University of Georgia. I am a member of the National Association of Master Appraisers, the National Association of Realtors, and the NE MS Board of Realtors. My commitment as an appraiser is to provide customers with a quality product and do so within a reasonable period of time, usually 24 to 48 hours after an inspection.
I have experience in completing the following type of appraisals:
Existing Homes, New Construction, Refinance, PMI Removal, FHA's, ERC's, REO's, USDA's, Vacant Land, Small Commercial
Tupelo, the main and central city of NE Mississippi, was incorporated as a city in 1870. A part of Tupelo's history included the Natchez Trace Parkway that was originally built by the Chickasaw Indians as a trade route. This is now a scenic National Parkway that runs from Nashville, TN to Natchez, MS. Tupelo is known as a progressive city with a population of some 37,000 people. Tupelo, being the major city in the area, enjoys a rather large drawing area. Tupelo's Community Development Foundation recently played a major role in bringing a 1.3 billion dollar Toyota manufacturing plant to the area with a ground breaking that took place in 2007. There have been announcements of related manufacturing plants to be located in the area since the ground breaking and more announcements are expected.
