Aitkin County is a very rural area with many lakes. Therefore there are many rural, lakeshore, high acreage and recreational properties in the area. This makes can make it difficult to find GOOD comparables. With our knowledge and experience of the area and the lakes we are better able to find good comparable and come up with more accurate valuations. Crow Wing County also has many lakes, including but by no means limited to the White Fish Chain and the Gull Lake Chain. These areas have many properties over a million dollars. It is a popular touriest destination. Mille Lacs Lake is located mainly in Mille Lacs County with the north and northwest shore being located in Aitkin and Crow Wing Counties. Mille Lacs is one of the most popular fishing lakes in Minnesota. It is a very large lake with a wide range of properties located on it.
