We promise you will not be disappointed. Normally, reports are completed within 1 or 2 business days after inspection for single family homes and condos.  SAME DAY or NEXT DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE

Quality
Speed is desirable, but speed at the expense of quality is unacceptable. Our appraisal has never been the cause for a loan not to fund. You can be assured that the value opinion that we submit on a report is one that is accurately supported by the market data and strictly follows the USPAP guidelines, as well as Federal and Illinois law.

Integrity
Our standards are high; our review process is thorough. We’re in this for the long haul - we hope you are too - therefore ‘cutting corners’ and ‘inflating values’ are things we just won’t do.

Communication

A live person answers the phone 99% of the time from 7am-8pm Central time. E-mail updates every step of the way.  We aknowledge receipt of the order and tell you the scheduled appointment time.
