Whether you are a Regional / National Insurance Company or a Self Insured Company, our 17 years of experience and expertise in the handling of Heavy Equipment claims can help reduce your loss dollars while maintaining a high level of customer service and technical quality. Martin Appraisal & Consulting Service (MACS) was established to provide a comprehensive Heavy Equipment claims service program. Our knowledge, expertise and prior working experience has given us a tremendous reputation among our clients. We are dedicated and committed to providing high quality and expert technical services. Our current Territory encompasses the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
Our prior insurance working experience includes supervision, claims handling, investigation and teaching. This experience enables us to perform all types of services, from simple information, to complex full investigation of a major catastrophe. One of our many satisfied clients recently commented, "I wish we had MACS all over the country to perform our work!" We take tremendous pride in our work products, full documented reports are provided when required, or when appropriate, a simple appraisal call in figure is provided. Our clients differ when it comes to documentation, and we are flexible and willing to work with all clients' procedural requirements. It is our goal to become the best recognized independent Heavy Equipment Appraisal and Adjusting company, which we measure by our clients' satisfaction and feedback.
We provide quarterly reports to each client, allowing them to see for themselves, from an overall picture, just how well we do perform in both service and quality aspects. We pledge to provide all our clients with quality work, ultimate service and a fair service fee; however, we cannot speak for other independent companies. Make the right choice the first time...it costs so much more to correct a mistake!
