Property Value Appraisals, Inc is a full-service residential real estate appraisal company.  We are committed to customer service and provide appraisals with a short turn-around time and competitive pricing.  We know constant communication is what it takes to make your job easier.  Every real estate appraisal order that we receive is scheduled as soon as possible, typically within 1 to 2 days of receiving the order.  Once the subject property is inspected, the appraisal is completed and submitted to the client within 24 to 48 hours.  Most appraisal reports are complete within 5 days of receiving the order.  Appraisal reports can be mailed or sent electronically.
