Our goal at A&F Appraisal Services of South Florida is to deliver a quality, competitively priced residential appraisal report within forty-eight hours of the property inspection. A&F Appraisal Services was founded in 1999 by Andrew Meltzer. Andrew has been doing appraisals in South Florida since 1992 and has a highly regarded reputation. Our office has seven appraisers, five of which are state certified and registered, all available for your appraisal needs.

Please note that we do both conventional and FHA appraisals in many counties throughout south Florida such as Miami-Dade, Broward,  Palm Beach, and Monroe. Fees for conventional appraisals start at $325 and range depending on location and complexity of the report. Please feel free to call for any fee quotes.
