JLC Associates, LLC is a young company. Comprised of two companies that have been serving the four state area for over a decade.  The company has been providing appraisals since December 2004.

Current owners are Jill Cash, Mark Cash, and Justin Rogers.

Experience and education include,

Justin Rogers:

• Over 11 years' real estate valuation and inspection experience emphasizing market value appraisals and condition reports for finance and insurance .
• Extensive property valuation experience including residential, multi family,            commercial, and new construction. Performed feasibility studies and highest and best use analysis.
• Physical inspection of property for individuals and insurance including cost estimating with national valuation services such as MDS Marshall and Swift and repair estimates.
